1. User Ownership of Generated Code
Unlike traditional bloated page builders who treat your site as hostage, Xstream Flex operates under a "You Build It, You Own It" policy.
- You own 100% of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom asset layouts generated by EZsite.
- You can download your site's ZIP code file, copy/paste it directly, or push it to your own GitHub repository at any moment.
- There are absolutely no licensing fees to modify, sell, or migrate your exported site code. It is yours forever.
- Xstream Flex retains ownership over the underlying builder interface, platform design, proprietary themes, step-by-step copywriting prompt engines, and XMG system code.

Ian Russell designed Xstream Flex and EZsite to give creators a stress-free launchpad. The assets you upload, the text you write, and the code we generate are entirely under your control.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
We want EZsite to be a force for good. When using the step-by-step editor or uploading media assets to our XMG platform, you agree not to create, host, or link to websites that:
Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in immediate termination of platform access, removal of any XMG-hosted imagery keys, and suspension of direct integration updates.
3. Platform Limitations & Warranties
We provide the EZsite builder, layouts, and editor features "As-Is". Because you own your code after exporting or publishing, we cannot guarantee performance, loading speed, or custom adjustments you perform inside third-party HTML/CSS code editors.
Plain-English Disclaimer
If GitHub Pages experiences global downtime or if you accidentally modify and break your exported code, we will help you download your stable backup templates, but we cannot be held legally or financially liable for lost business traffic, hosting delays, or broken code.
4. GitHub Pages & Instant Deployment
EZsite utilizes an ultra-convenient API connection to push website structures directly to GitHub Pages. This grants users completely free, fast, and stable web hosting forever.
By utilizing this deployment pipeline, you acknowledge that you are bound by GitHub's own Terms of Service. Xstream Flex is not an affiliate of GitHub Inc. We provide the connector tool, but your hosting account is owned, controlled, and managed by you.
5. Lifetime Updates & System Upgrades
When you purchase a license key or upgrade your account tier within the Xstream Flex ecosystem:
- You receive lifetime access to core EZsite layout modules and updates as our systems improve and adapt to new coding standards.
- We promise no hidden surprise fees, recurring monthly hosting lock-ins, or hostage platform policies.
- Any optional premium design upgrades or additional XMG storage tiers are explicitly clearly explained, one-time or structured as visible upfront transactions.
6. Governance, Disputes & Support
